Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely at peace with your purchase. If for any reason a piece is not right for you, we will make it right.
We offer a 30-day return window on all standard pieces. Bespoke and made-to-order commissions are non-returnable, as they are created specifically for you.
Pieces from our permanent collection may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original presentation packaging. Please contact us before returning any item to receive a returns authorisation number.
How to Return

Contact us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a returns authorisation number within one business day.

Pack securely
Return the piece in its original presentation box and outer packaging. Include your returns authorisation number inside the parcel.

Ship tracked
Send the parcel using a tracked and insured service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
04
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
