Jyotish & the Grahas

The Planetary Prescription

In Jyotish — the ancient science of Vedic astrology — each of the twelve Rashis (birth signs) is governed by a ruling planet (Graha). That planet, in turn, corresponds to specific Rudraksha mukhi whose energies harmonise with and strengthen the planetary influence in your chart. Wearing the prescribed bead is a time-honoured method of balancing planetary energies and aligning oneself with cosmic order.

Vedic astrological prescriptions are traditional recommendations rooted in classical Jyotish texts. This page is intended for educational and spiritual guidance only. Consult a qualified Jyotishi for a personalised reading based on your full natal chart.

Dosha Perspective: Pacifies excess Pitta; restores Agni (digestive fire) and metabolic balance.

Mantra Maharnava, Chapter 7
